TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PRICES INCLUDE:
Breakfast buffet, access to the gym and pool, and Wi-Fi in the rooms and common areas.
PAYMENT:
The stay must be paid at the time of booking or upon check-in.
Fees:
- Early Check-in: Between 06:00 and 12:00 on the day of arrival, an additional half-day charge will be applied. (Flexibility of 2 hours)
- Check-in on the Previous Day: For check-ins after 00:00 on the day before the arrival date, an extra daily fee will be charged.
- Late Check-out: By 16:00 on the day of departure, an additional half-day charge will be applied. After this time, a full daily charge will be incurred.
- Extra Guest Breakfast: Cost of 14,000 AoA per additional person in the same room.
CHILDREN:
Children under 6 years are exempt from payment; between 7 and 12 years receive a 50% discount when sharing a room with parents.
Price Changes:
Prices can be changed without notice. All rates include VAT at the legal rate.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the date of arrival.
If canceled less than 24 hours before arrival, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will be applied.
In Case Of Change Of Date
The customer will be discounted a rate of 20%
In Case Of Non Attendance
100% of total cost of the reverse will be charged the guest if he/she does not check-in with prior notice or cancellation.
